The Forgotten Scream

This work explores my personal emotions following the death of Jina Mahsa Amini and the subsequent Women, Life, Freedom movement in Iran. After this tragic event, I delved deeper than ever into my own experiences as an Iranian photographer, born and raised in Iran, undergoing a myriad of emotions. Through this project, I challenge myself to reflect on these emotions, along with the associated experiences and memories, capturing them through self-representation.
